What is Reiki?:

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the transfer of universal energy through the palms of the practitioner to the receiver, promoting physical and emotional healing.

By channeling Universal Life Force Energy one can enhance the body's natural healing process, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

This practice involves Reiki Master Carissa channeling Reiki Energy through touch or by hovering slightly above the body with the recipient fully clothed and either lying down on a massage table, sitting in a chair, or in still Yin or Restorative Yoga Poses.
